| I Love iTRAIN |
If you have read any of my blogs, you know that I love to exercise! There aren’t many workouts that I don’t enjoy. I even enjoy the workouts I’m not particularly good at like Hip Hop Cardio! I know how good exercise is for you which makes it even easier for me to enjoy my workouts.
My newest fitness tool is the iTRAIN website. Have you heard of it? It’s a fitness website created by Grace Lazenby and Sebastien Reant. Grace Lazenby is a fitness expert with over 15 years of experience training Hollywood celebrities. Sebastien Reant is an entertainment industry executive who is the technology and music guru for the website. The website is full of downloadable workouts. You can choose a workout and download it to your MP3 or iPod and take it with you wherever you go.
There are great routines for every type of workout. Grace or another trainer explains every workout. There are treadmill workouts, bike workouts, elliptical workouts and sculpting workouts as well as yoga, pilates and ballet barre routines. You can download workouts for your personal fitness level and your personal goals. For example, there are many different treadmill workouts. You can choose a beginner workout that just focuses on walking or you can choose an intermediate to advanced workout that focuses on toning your bottom. They even have downloadable workouts for teens, new moms and brides to be! I love it!
As a health and fitness professional, I highly recommend this website. The workouts are really good. They are effective and fun and led by a professional trainer. The music is good. The best part is that there is such a huge variety of workouts. You can purchase a treadmill, elliptical, bike and sculpting workout and use them for a few weeks. When you get bored, download some new ones. The best part is that you can always go back to your favorite workouts because you can keep them all on your iPod or MP3 player.
The workouts are priced from $7.99 to $12.99. You can read a full description of the workout before you buy it. You can also check out clips of many of the workouts. Once you have purchased a few workouts, you will know which types are your favorite and which instructors you like the best.
If downloading workouts doesn’t sound like something you would like, just give it a try. At first I thought I wouldn’t use it once I bought it, but I found that I enjoy the workouts so much that I use them often. They are worth the price and I really think you will enjoy them. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Jody, the website has some great audio downloads for the treadmill, ballet barre (chair workouts), bikes. No video needed! I love the barre/chair ones. You can do them at your house. You can even listen right on your computer.!! jen
