Product Review – Mrs. May’s Cran-Blueberry Crunch

I have a new favorite snack! It’s called Mrs. May’s Naturals Cran-Blueberry Crunch. They are little clusters of nuts and dried fruit and they are yummy. They’re all natural, dairy and wheat free and they’re packed with antioxidants and heart healthy fats. I love having a few clusters with my afternoon coffee.

I checked the website and they actually have three different flavors: Cran-Blueberry Crunch, Cashew Crunch and Almond Crunch. The Cran-Blueberry Crunch is listed as the “bestseller” and is the only one that has pieces of dried fruit. The other two are mainly nuts.

A word of caution if you’re trying to watch your waistline – Nuts and dried fruit are both calorie dense foods so just because they’re “healthy” doesn’t mean you can eat the whole bag. Be sure to check the serving size to keep portions and calories under control.

You can check Mrs. May’s website to find out where their products are available or you can order directly from them. Let me know what you think if you try them.
