Are You POURING On the Pounds?
It’s that time of year when most of us are drinking more sweetened drinks than ever. Parties, punches, special holiday coffees and juices...everywhere we look there’s another sweet treat in liquid form.

They go down fast, but you may not realize how quickly the calories, and pounds, can add up.

Check out this video created by the New York City Health Department. Once you see it, you may think twice about your next large mocha latte or even that large juice.
