I love seafood! But sometimes trying to remember which types of what I can eat and what I should limit or avoid is daunting! Was I supposed to buy Pacific Halibut and avoid Atlantic…or was it the other way around?
The Monterey Bay Aquarium (one of my all time favorites) has the answer to my fishy wishes! They’ve created cute, handy printable pocket guides that fold up smaller than a credit card. You can print one specific for your region, or a national one for quick advice on what to buy at the market or order in a restaurant.
If you’re like me, I’m always losing these little pocket guides. They have a solution for that too. You can also log onto http://www.seafoodwatch.org/ from your mobile phone to get the latest guide. They look pretty much like the printable ones, but you don’t have to remember to carry this one with you.
You can bet this web link is saved on my mobile!
