Make Two Tiny Changes
Since we're on the subject of making changes (great post Josee!) today at Sensei I thought you all might enjoy this post Introducing "Two Tiny Changes" Tuesday written by Stephanie Quilao over at Back in Skinny Jeans.

It's so true that small changes made over time will eventually add up to big rewards in your health and overall wellbeing, regardless of your goals. When faced with a big problem in my life or a goal that might seem very far out of reach, I'm always reminded of the saying "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time." Start small and be sure to celebrate every success along the way.

My two tiny changes for today:
  • Putting skim milk in my coffee instead of half and half (yes I am a dietitian and still do that).
  • Packing a healthy lunch and snacks to eat at work instead of grabbing something on the go like I usually do.

So what are your two tiny changes?

- Lauren
