Weigh to a Whole Less You
In the Q+a section of the New York Times, C. Claiborne Ray interviewed Dr. Louis Aronne...

"If added weight in the middle section raises the risk of health problems like diabetes and heart trouble, does a tummy tuck or liposuction lower the risk?"

Sadly, dear reader, the answer is no. Are you shocked by the question or the answer? If the answer surprised you, you’ll want to know that “cutting down on calories and food intake does improve risk factors.” Add a little exercise, maybe a pedometer, use the stairs when you can and you’re really on the “WEIGH” TO A WHOLE “LESS” YOU. That’s a good thing!
